Hong Kong is supposedly one of the “safest cities in the world,” but the carnage on the streets of Sheung Shui this morning tells a different story. On Saturday, December 21, 2025, the New Territories turned into a real-life Grand Theft Auto level when a drug-fueled trio led police on a reckless high-speed rampage that ended with a passenger literally being flung from a moving vehicle like a piece of trash.

While the mainstream media gives you the “2-minute read,” MetroScroll is diving into the wreckage. This wasn’t just a car chase; it was a total breakdown of law and order that put innocent families at risk while the suspects treated the highway like a playground.

The “Human Projectile”: Flung and Abandoned

The most chilling moment—captured in a viral dashcam video currently blowing up on Facebook—happened at Man Kam To. As police vans closed in, the front passenger door of the suspect’s car swung open. In a scene of pure chaos, one of the three men was ejected from the seat, tumbling onto the asphalt at high speed.

Did the driver stop? Did his “brothers” check on him? No. The driver slammed the accelerator, leaving his accomplice behind to be subdued by officers while he continued his path of destruction. This is the “loyalty” of the criminal underworld: the second things get hot, you’re just dead weight to be dropped.

The Controversy Everyone is Ignoring: Why Was This “Death Trap” on the Road?

The chase didn’t start at the highway. It started at 9:00 AM on San Cheung Street when these thugs smashed into a parked car. Instead of owning up, they fled, later ramming a commercial truck near Kong Nga Po Road.

Here is the BS nobody is calling out: How did a vehicle reportedly linked to drug-related offenses manage to weave through the New Territories for so long before being stopped? We are told the “smart city” surveillance is everywhere, yet these suspects were able to hit multiple vehicles and nearly kill a truck driver before the police finally pinned them down near Wun Chuen Sin Koon. The system didn’t stop them—a gate did.

The “Cold Hard Truth” from the Insiders

Insiders within the Force are reportedly fuming. While the official line is “three arrested,” the reality behind closed doors is that officers are dealing with an explosion of “space oil” and drug trafficking in the northern districts.

The “Expert Roast” is simple: The government is so focused on “soft power” and tourism that they are ignoring the fact that Sheung Shui has become a hotbed for high-speed runners. One source whispered that the car was a “known player” in the local drug scene. If the police knew, why was it still on the road?

Deep Background: The Path of Destruction

The suspects—all men, all allegedly part of a narcotics ring—didn’t care who they killed.

  • 9:00 AM: First hit-and-run at San Cheung Street.
  • The Pursuit: Police signal them to stop; they choose “furious driving” instead.
  • Man Kam To: The passenger is dumped on the road.
  • Ping Che Road: The “Wild Ride” finally ends when the car loses a fight with a metal gate.

The “What’s Next” Section: Felony Charges and “Space Oil” Scandals

The three men are currently in custody. They are facing a laundry list of charges: Furious driving, Drug possession, and Leaving the scene of an accident. The passenger who took the “high-speed exit” is lucky to be alive, but he’ll be spending his recovery in a prison ward.
